Summary:
This Software Integration Analyst is primarily a client-facing role. The Software Integrator Analyst will act as the lead subject matter expert for proprietary applications and processes in support of clients and the client implementation process. The integrator is also the technical liaison between the clients and the internal team.
Essential Duties and Functions These include the following duties:
Provide technical leadership for the client implementation process
Perform requirements analysis
Write requirements and design specifications
Provide client interface design, configuration, implementation setup and testing and ongoing support
Assist with debugging of integration software providing direction to developers
Define reports and related infrastructure requirements
Identify and mitigate potential risks with client data/mapping and proprietary system functionality
Provide support to PMO team in project planning, issue tracking and status reporting
Provide support and/or perform code reviews for peers as needed

Individual should have the ability to stay focused on goals, but can also easily adjust how to achieve them

Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role
Experience creating data file and reporting specifications.
Experience with data exchange mapping and processing
Experience with SQL query and reporting tools
Bachelor of Science Degree in mathematics, computer-related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft T-SQL and SSMS
Experience working with advanced SQL queries and concepts
Experience with ETL processing
A general understanding of database design, storage, and optimization
A general knowledge of database design principles
Experience with JIRA, Tempo, Confluence and Smartsheet
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
Manual dexterity, arm, and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard and mouse 7-8 hours per day.
Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person communication 7-8 hours per day.
Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
