Job Title: Server Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team at The Rustick. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for all guests. As a Server, you will be an integral part of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring guests are satisfied and well-attended during their visit. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously Present menus and offer detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies) Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system Communicate order details to kitchen staff effectively Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Check-in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions Assist with cleaning and resetting tables when needed Uphold company policies regarding health and safety standards at all times Qualifications: Prior experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry preferred Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Join us and be a part of a team where your contributions are valued, and every day brings new opportunities to create memorable experiences for our guests.
