Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS systems ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly and professionally Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with Square POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Experience in upselling menu items to boost sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; a welcoming attitude is essential Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes every guest’s experience extraordinary!
