Packer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Packer to join our team. The Packer will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role plays a critical part in meeting customer expectations and upholding the company's high standards for delivery.Schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pmPrimary Responsibilities:Communicate with co-workers and coordinate to receive instructions and coordinate activitiesInspect and audit customer inventoryAssist Customer Service Representatives in recording part numbersSort and palletize inbound shipmentsScan and repair customer inventory as neededReport any discrepancies and damagesTag inbound productsOther duties may be assignedKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Must be able to follow written and oral instructionsPossess above average communication skillsBasic math and counting skillsBe a self-starter, ability to work under minimal supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detailForklift Experience is a plusPhysical Demands:The physical demands and/or work environment described here are representative of those that must be met or will be encountered by the employee while performing the essential functions of this job.Standing for long periods of time.Minor lifting of product.Occasional climbing, crouching, kneeling.Must be able to lift 20 poundsThe working conditions of this position reflect those of a standard warehouse environment to include:Working in close proximity to othersWorking with heavy machinery and productsModerate to high noise levelsTasks may require both indoor and outdoor work assignmentsMay be subject to hot and cold temperatures inside the warehouse depending upon outside weather conditionsPrimarily manual laborEEO STATEMENT
