Your day may involve preparing and submitting NFA paperwork, auditing serialized inventory, and performing compliance reviews to maintain accuracy and accountability. You'll play a key role in validating firearm sales records and responding to trace requests, while ensuring compliance with ATF, NFA, state, and local regulations. Your precision and diligence help protect the integrity of every transaction and process.Requirements For a Compliance SpecialistMaintain accurate and organized documentation and recordsAbility to follow detailed regulatory processes and proceduresStrong attention to detail and accountabilityAn associate degree in Business, Compliance, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in compliance, quality assurance, firearms operations, or administrative support.
