Founding Backend EngineerRemote (U.S. Time Zones Preferred) Salary:$150K – $200K + Equity About the RoleAn early-stage health technology startup is hiring aFounding Backend Engineerto build the core data platform powering a new generation of preventative healthcare tools. You'll design and own systems that ingest and unify complex health data — including wearables, medical records, and diagnostic outputs — into clean, queryable data models that power web, mobile, and AI-driven applications. This is ahigh-ownership founding rolewhere you'll work closely with the founders to build the platform from the ground up in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
