Your day-to-day responsibilities will include provisioning user accounts, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and fixing equipment abnormalitiesessentially serving as a super-hero for our core operations that support kids and families. You will be part of a strong technology team that promotes continuous skillset improvement and engages in consistent communication with front-line staff to resolve issues.
