Required Qualifications
Significant experience in hiring for GTM roles in high-growth environments
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, targeted hires
Strong expertise in sourcing with a focus on personalized outreach
Deep understanding of the North American talent market and competitive dynamics
Experience designing structured interview processes that ensure consistent evaluation
