Procurement Analyst**W2 Contract, min of 12 months** ONSITE out of NYC office** Target W2 $30-33/hrOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the SaaS procurement process by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of servicesReconcile and submit invoices by partnering with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processingAssist in processing any accounting requests, ensuring alignment with financial policiesHandle vendor onboarding requests, including verifying credentials, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless integration into the systemWork on improving the accuracy and maintaining vendor data in the internal project tracking systems to operational efficiencyQualifications:Top skills: SaaS Procurement, Vendor Management, Cost SavingsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related roleDemonstrates a proactive attitude, thrives in ambiguous situations, and proactively identifies process improvements while presenting actionable solutionsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
