Project ManagerLocation: New York, NYWe are a New York–based general contractor specializing in ground-up construction and interior build-outs across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout NYC.Position OverviewThe Project Manager will lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee ground-up and interior construction projects from start to finishManage full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordinationLead owner, architect, and consultant communicationReview and negotiate contracts, scopes, and change ordersTrack costs, manage billing, and maintain financial reportingEnsure jobsite safety, quality control, and documentationQualifications8–12+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in NYCProven track record delivering ground-up and interior projectsStrong command of scheduling, cost control, and contract administrationAbility to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneouslyExcellent leadership and client-facing communication skills
