ETHĒA – Spring/Summer InternshipWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and high-energy Studio & Personal Assistant Intern to join our team for the upcoming Spring/Summer season. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn the ropes of studio operations and executive assistance.You will work closely with the founder of ETHĒA, acting as a "right hand" to ensure his schedule is seamless and the studio runs like a well-oiled machine.The DetailsTimeline: Spring/Summer Start Date: As soon as possibleEnd Date: Flexible Hours: 30–40 hours per week (Schedule to be coordinated with Founder).Location: 57 Leonard St. New York, NY 10013 (Tribeca)Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, no two days will look the same. You’ll be responsible for a mix of administrative tasks, studio maintenance, and personal assistance, including:Schedule Management: Assist Matt in managing his daily calendar, setting reminders for deadlines, and ensuring he stays on track between meetings and sessions.Creative Workstream Exposure: Sit in on conversations about marketing, brand partnerships, and event concepts.Studio Operations: Help maintain the organization and aesthetic of the studio. This includes prepping spaces for the day, light inventory management, and ensuring supplies are stocked.Logistics & Errands: Handle essential "on-the-move" tasks such as processing returns, picking up supplies, and coordinating local deliveries.Administrative Support: Help with "other intern things"—this might include light data entry, organizing digital files, or helping prep materials for upcoming projects.Special Projects: Support the team on larger studio operations and events or seasonal initiatives as needed.Who You AreHighly Organized: You love a good to-do list and can juggle multiple small tasks without letting things fall through the cracks.A "Figure-It-Out" Attitude: You are resourceful. If you don’t know the answer, you’re happy to research it and find a solution.Reliable & Punctual: You understand that the studio depends on everyone being where they need to be.Professional Discretion: You will be working closely with Matt; maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor is a must.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic scheduling software, email, and potentially light social media or spreadsheet work.RequirementsAvailability to work 20–40 hours per week.Reliable transportation for errands/returns.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (for studio deliveries/setup).Why Join Us?This is a "behind-the-scenes" look at how a professional studio operates.
