Role Description This part-time, on-site Market Trainer role is based in Boston, MA. The Market Trainer will be responsible for promoting LYS Beauty products, providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment, and offering personalized recommendations. The Market Trainer will also contribute to client education and participate in training sessions to remain up-to-date on the latest products and brand initiatives.
