Full Stack Developer

Full Stack DeveloperPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our client's technology team. In this role, you will analyze business needs and develop comprehensive solutions that leverage systems and processes. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand their technology requirements, identify new functionality, and enhance business processes through strategic implementation. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology infrastructure and contribute to the organization's digital transformation initiatives.Location & Work ArrangementLocation: Vienna, VAHybrid: 3 days per weekKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify business requirements and translate them into delivered technical solutionsUtilize approved software development tools and applications to design, develop, implement and maintain custom code business solutions aligned with business initiatives and corporate strategiesFacilitate user acceptance testing including developing and executing test cases, scenarios, and communication with project teamsPartner with project teams to plan, coordinate and roll out software changes/releases to testing and production environmentsMonitor the progress of improvement project implementations to ensure timely action and achievement of expected benefitsCollaborate with key partners in the development and delivery of solutionsParticipate in cross-organizational task groups concerning new automated systems, products and/or servicesPerform annual recertification on client standards as they relate to the platformCreate and maintain accurate, detailed and consistent documentation through all phases of the Systems Development Life-CycleContribute knowledge management articles for created solutionsApply and communicate changes and new trends in systems/technologyEvaluate operational efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, service-specific practices, standards and metricsInterpret results of analysis and present recommendations, alternatives and implicationsAnalyze, define and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, operating systems environment, system interfaces, internal and external controls and outputIdentify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure successful implementation of business unit projectsDevelop, recommend and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processesPerform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools and modelsPartner with other business units and vendors to improve procedures, resolve problems and implement initiativesUtilize performance measurements and indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop process improvement plansDevelop and oversee project plans and roadmaps that outline preventative and corrective actions to remediate control deficiencies and mitigate future exposurePerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsExpert knowledge of software development best practicesExtensive experience with application development platforms (e.g., C#.Net, React, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft, Azure Cloud, etc.)Extensive experience programming end-to-end custom-code solutionsExtensive experience converting older language legacy solutions to modern languagesExtensive experience building solutions from processes where no documentation existsExtensive experience working in lower and production environments that are not completely isolatedExtensive experience in developing and testing softwareExtensive experience with client mainframe systemsExtensive experience in the application of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and related analytical toolsExpert knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research, including statistical methods and modelingAbility to analyze technical issues to recommend, develop and/or implement strategies and achieve objectivesExtensive experience communicating complex technical issues to non-technical audiencesExtensive experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issuesExtensive experience leading collaborative work teamsExtensive experience leading projects and/or initiatives large in scopeExtensive experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goalsExtensive experience researching, compiling and documenting data, business processes and
