With a strong foundation and a forward-looking vision, VERSANT empowers creativity, embraces change, and drives connection in an ever-evolving world.Job DescriptionAs an Executive Support Analyst, you will be a dedicated technology partner to VERSANT’s senior leaders, delivering high-touch, white-glove support that enables focus, productivity, and confidence in every interaction with workplace technology.This role sits within the Executive Experience function and is intentionally different from traditional help desk or enterprise IT support. You will own the end-to-end technology experience for assigned executives and their executive assistants, proactively managing environments, resolving issues quickly and discreetly, and anticipating needs before they become disruptions.You will operate in high-visibility, time-sensitive situations, often engaging directly with leadership during critical meetings, travel, and events. Success in this role requires technical depth, calm execution under pressure, exceptional communication, and an unwavering commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.Basic Requirements5+ years of progressive IT support experience, including direct executive or senior leadership support in high-visibility or mission-critical environmentsStrong hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoint environmentsDeep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration tools such as Slack and ZoomProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across:End-user hardware and operating systemsMobile devices and MDM-managed environmentsNetworking fundamentalsAudio/visual and conferencing technologiesExperience supporting executive meetings, events, and live collaboration, including rapid on-site and remote troubleshootingFamiliarity with ITSM tools and structured incident and request management practicesAbility to maintain accurate documentation and lifecycle management for executive devices and environmentsExceptional discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling confidential informationClear, confident communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiencesWillingness to provide after-hours support and limited travel as required to support executive needsQualificationsDesired Characteristics:Background in executive experience or white-glove support roles, rather than general enterprise ITProven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and executive assistantsStrong anticipation and problem-prevention mindset, with a focus on reliability over reactionComfort operating independently while coordinating effectively with engineering, workplace, and vendor teamsExperience supporting enterprise A/V systems and executive collaboration spacesCalm, composed presence in high-pressure or time-critical situationsGenuine interest in delivering exceptional executive technology experiences and continuously raising the bar.Additional InformationAs part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with a VERSANT Media employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
