A company is looking for a Title Examiner III responsible for examining title orders and providing title opinions based on public records. Key Responsibilities Examine title orders to determine conditions of title and insurability Analyze record documents for ownership and legal descriptions Prepare accurate title commitments in accordance with company procedures Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum 8 years' experience in retail purchase title examination in Florida Proficient in examining and mapping Florida metes and bounds Advanced knowledge of complex title matters including probate and foreclosure High school diploma or equivalent with specialized training in relevant software Minimum of four years of industry experience
