Activités ⚡ As an Electrical QA/QC, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and integrity of electrical installations across utility-scale renewable energy projects.Your key responsibilities will include:Ensure HSE compliance by enforcing TotalEnergies’ health, safety, and environmental standards across all activitiesImplement and manage the project QA/QC plan, ensuring adherence throughout constructionPerform electrical quality inspections using digital tools (e.g., Vyn system)Oversee equipment receiving inspections, including transformers and inverter/transformer skidsIdentify, track, and resolve non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actionsVerify contractor work and documentation in accordance with contractual requirementsEnsure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and technical specificationsCollaborate cross-functionally with construction, procurement, and engineering teamsCoordinate with third-party engineers to validate installation quality and performanceTrack, maintain, and report QA/QC documentation and metricsManage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal and external stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement through development of internal standards and proceduresAct as the electrical subject matter expert, supporting technical decision-making and issue resolutionParticipate in project meetings, providing updates on quality performance and key issuesIn this role, you will directly contribute to safe execution, quality assurance, and successful delivery of critical renewable energy projects. Profil du candidat Minimum Requirements 👤 What You Bring Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience, including photovoltaic (PV) projectsExperience on utility-scale renewable energy (solar) required.Strong knowledge of electrical systems for solar, BESS, and substations (medium and high voltage)Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, standards, and QA/QC processesExperience reviewing contractor work, technical documentation, and design drawingsStrong organizational, communication, and reporting skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environmentPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of energy storage systems (BESS)Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with digital QA/QC or construction management systemsStrong stakeholder coordination and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight timelinesWhy Join Us? 🚀At TotalEnergies, you’ll be part of a global leader driving the energy transition.
