You will report to the Clinical Manager.As a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will:Provide therapy services along with vocational and education programs and activities which are delegated and supervised by the qualified Occupational Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of TreatmentTrain patient and family members to manage the retraining program including dressing, feeding, grooming and hygiene skillsDocument and report observed information and progress reports in patient records and prepared clinical notesParticipate in care coordination and discharge planning activities and act as a resource to other health care personnel in meeting patient's needsRequired Qualifications:Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of North CarolinaA valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationCurrent CPR certificationPreferred Qualifications:Home Health experiencePay Range:$41.00 - $57.00 pay per visit/unit$64,000 - $87,500 per year base payThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
