Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves supporting daily operational tasks, maintaining efficient workflow, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth organizational processes. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, overseeing data entry and reporting, assisting with scheduling, and providing excellent customer service with attention to detail and accuracy. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations and ability to maintain workflow efficiencyStrong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholdersPossess robust Analytical Skills to assess processes and recommend improvementsExceptional Customer Service skills to ensure positive relationships with partners and clientsDetail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks efficientlyProficiency in office software and tools to perform administrative functionsExperience in non-profit or philanthropic organizations is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
