Adecco Staffing is currently partnered with a growing manufacturer in Watertown, MA! We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift.Job Title: CNC Machinist with Swiss Machine experiencePay Range: $20 – $30 per hour depending on experienceShift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts, with overtime availableResponsibilities Include:• Operating and setting up Citizen Swiss CNC machines required for consideration• Ability to work on difficult and complex parts with minimal supervision• Performing machine setups, tool changes, and offsets• Monitoring production runs to ensure quality and efficiency• Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)• Maintaining tight tolerances and meeting production standards• Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments• Maintaining a clean and safe work environmentQualifications Include:• 5+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience preferred• Experience machining various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and brass• Experience holding tight tolerances (+/- .0002) and geometric tolerancing• Ability to set up and operate CNC Swiss machines independently• Able to read and understand drawings/blueprints• Familiarity with Citizen machines is strongly preferred• Hard working, hands-on, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment**If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!**Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
