This role focuses on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong relationships.What You'll Do as Accounting SpecialistProcess vendor invoices, expense reports, and maintain vendor files (electronic and physical)Manage accounts payable summaries and issue payments for company expensesHandle cash receipts, checks, and prepare bank depositsManage client billing, ensuring invoices are timely and accurateCollaborate with teams to reconcile vendor payments and client budgetsBuild relationships with client finance departments to support receivable collectionsAssist with external audits and special projects as neededWhat We're Looking For in the Accounting SpecialistBachelor's degree in Accounting with 2+ years of related experienceStrong knowledge of financial statements (balance sheet and P&L)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailEffective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally#LI-JM4Click here to apply online
