As a result, the average employee tenure is over ten years.The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hoursLearning the production processesOverseeing, leading, motivating, training and correcting three production employeesBeing a hands on, working supervisorPerforming set up work including hanging tools, mixing material and loading resinCleaning hoppers and grindersSamplingThe background of the successful candidate will include the following:2+ years of plastic injection mold setup experience2+ years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experiencePossess the ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly SaturdayA solid work history where jobs are not changed every couple yearsA US citizen or possess a green cardA residence within 45 minutes
