One part of the day, you're leading a project coordination meeting; the next, you're reviewing shop drawings or helping the field crews with a site issue.You're the go-to person making sure the customer, our detailers and engineers, the fabrication shop and field teams are aligned and ready.Your Daily Tasks IncludeCoordinating schedules and contract milestonesCommunicating with detailers, engineers, and vendorsTracking project documents, RFIs, and submittals in real timeReviewing drawings for design changes and developing change order pricing.Supporting procurement and contract administrationPreparing clear, accurate weekly status reportsHelping field teams avoid delays and solve problems fastYour job is to keep everyone on the same page and projects moving forward.Who Shouldn't ApplyThis job isn't for everyone, and that's okay.
