Warehouse Clerk/Driver

Position OverviewSynthetic Grass Warehouse, a TenCate Company, is growing and seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk / Driver to join our operations team. This role supports daily warehouse functions while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers.The ideal candidate is accountable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.This position reports to the Warehouse SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with local deliveries when neededSafely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipmentAssist customers with order fulfillment and product pickupCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers and team membersAccurately fill orders and cut materials in a timely mannerLoad and unload freight containers and deliveriesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualifications & RequirementsPrior forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)High School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishBilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plusAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basisValid driver’s license required (if driving company vehicles)Work EnvironmentWarehouse and outdoor environmentRegular standing, walking, lifting, and material handlingExposure to moving equipment and machineryPre-Employment RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.Must be willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screening, consistent with applicable laws.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementSynthetic Grass Warehouse, a TenCate company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
