Manager Of Cost And Insurance ClaimsA growing construction consulting firm is seeking a Manager of Cost and Insurance Claims in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Offers competitive compensation, room for growth, and work with some of ENR's top general contractors.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to help them properly submit insurance claims with appropriate cost documentation, which includes narratives, invoices, canceled checks, timesheets, payroll records, contracts, payment applications and other relevant informationUtilize and Monitor an existing Sharepoint Site as the repository for all claim submissions and supporting cost documentsReview and analyze claim submissions and the supporting cost documentsPrepare reports and excel spreadsheets to document the claim submission (using existing standardsRequirements:At least five years of experience with construction cost documentation and analysisUnderstanding of the terminology and scope of work associated with vertical projectsWhile we appreciate your interest only qualified applicants will be contacted.
