Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling Experience with scheduling tools such as Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project, or ProjectViewJob DescriptionYou will be the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works® - Level 5 for the Skunk Works® Advanced Development Program which is responsible for delivering world‑changing aerospace systems.What You Will Be DoingAs the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works® - Level 5 you will be responsible for translating mission goals into actionable schedules, ensuring on‑time, in‑budget delivery of advanced aeronautical projects.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using Critical Path Methodology.Integrate schedule impacts of proposed work across engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality functions.Analyze schedule networks to identify gaps and recommend remediation actions.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on timing, budget, and quality objectives.Produce clear schedule artifacts with Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Milestones Professional, Excel, and PowerPoint.What’s In It For YouWe are committed to supporting your work‑life balance and overall well‑being, offering flexible scheduling options.
