This position is responsible for supervising daily shop operations, coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring all fleet assets operate safely and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have strong diesel and heavy equipment mechanical experience combined with proven leadership abilities in a fleet, manufacturing, transportation, lumber, or industrial environment.
