CompanyGreenberg Spine and Orthpedics is a well-established and growing South Jersey orthopedic private practice seeking a Board-Cerified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in Knee and Shoulder conditions, including upper and lower extremity care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected outpatient practice with strong clincal support and a steady referral base. Great hours Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm. No hospital call. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Orthopaedic Surgeon for Greenberg Spine and Orthopedics. The Orthopaedic Surgeon will diagnose and treat musculoskeletal system disorders, perform surgical procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include managing general orthopedic and trauma conditions, consulting with patients, and following up on post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery and outcomes. The center also has a two Class C ASC on the second floor. The candidate will have an opportunity to invest in the ASC. Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited institution- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery- Fellowship Training in Sports Medicine, Shoulder, or Extremity Orthopedics preferred- Eligible for NJ Medical License, CDS, and DEA- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient careBenefits- Excellent base salary + % of net collections- Strong earning potential (well above 90% MGMA)- Occurence-based Malpractice coverage- Health, Dental and Vision Insurance- CME Allowance- Excellent paid time off- Licensing fees covered- No restrictive covenant
