Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager at Mod On Trend located in Springfield, MO. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of sales associates, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales and customer experience. The Retail Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining store appearance, inventory management, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications Retail Sales, Sales, and Customer Service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in creating a positive customer experienceAbility to lead and manage a teamKnowledge of retail operations and inventory managementStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the fashion or retail industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
