We’re adding exceptional talent to drive our next phase of growth, and that’s where you come in.About The RoleAt Dorsia, hiring is a craft, and we're bringing on an in-house Recruiter to curate the next wave of talent powering our growth. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, building clear and efficient hiring processes that support both near-term needs and long-term goals.You’ll work directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—helping define roles, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and make thoughtful hiring decisions.
