Digital Infrastructure Technician | $15 - $18We're working with one of the world’s most iconic destination theme parks and global leaders in premiere outdoor entertainment on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for an energetic technician to manage the complex telecommunications and video networks that power a 200-acre world of thrills and guest experiences.In this high-action environment, you will be the backbone of park connectivity, handling everything from mission-critical phone communications to high-definition video distribution systems. You will combine technical hardware expertise with on-site infrastructure management to ensure seamless operations for thousands of guests and internal teams daily.The Role Implement and maintain large-scale telecommunications and Cable TV (CATV) infrastructure across the property. Perform technical installations, maintenance, and system upgrades for integrated voice and video communication systems. Troubleshoot park-wide telecom equipment and hardware to ensure 24/7 reliability for guest services and emergency operations. Support management on diverse technical projects involving digital infrastructure, cabling, and network connectivity improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver amazing guest experiences through reliable digital touchpoints.What You'll Need Physical ability and confidence to work and climb at heights on various park structures and towers. Foundational knowledge of Telecommunications systems, structured cabling, or CATV infrastructure. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain hardware in a fast-paced environment. A safety-first mindset with a commitment to high-standard equipment maintenance.
