Boutique Sales Associate

We are looking for a part-time sales associate to join our team at Casa Benedetta boutique! This is a part-time position located in Historic Downtown McKinney, TX. Casa Benedetta is a family-owned apparel and lifestyle boutique that opened in the Spring of 2018 in Historic Downtown McKinney, Texas. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be 18+ years of age. Flexible Schedule - Must be able to work both weekday and weekend shifts. About 10-25 hours a week. Customer-Service Oriented RESPONSIBILITIES: Opening and closing procedures. Maintain a tidy workplace throughout entire store, including the back room. Fill, size, steam, and fold merchandise throughout shift. Deliver exceptional customer service to each guest. Observe and monitor for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity. Ring up sales transactions as directed by store management. Identify products and their respective costs. Answer questions regarding products or services. Recommend products and services to customers. Handle customer complaints by resolving the issues.
