Inside Sales Representative Location: On-site Scotia, NY 12302Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMCompensation: $20-$25 per hour + performance-based commissionOverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow revenue within an established portfolio of accounts. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and increasing account penetration through proactive outreach. High-performing individuals will have the opportunity to transition into an Outside Sales Representative position.Key Responsibilities• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to identify additional sales opportunities.• Increase account revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and re-engaging dormant customers.• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.• Maintain consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.• Track sales activities, opportunities, and interactions within the CRM system.• Collaborate with outside sales, customer service, and operations teams to support customer requirements.• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue growth targets.• Provide insights on customer trends, market conditions, and potential product opportunities.Requirements• 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales.• Proven success in growing revenue within existing accounts.• Strong phone, email, and virtual selling skills.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities effectively.• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.Benefits:Health and dental insurance, matching 401(k), vacation, sick and personal time, paid holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
