Role SummaryWe are seeking a Regional Manager to establish and grow our presence in the Energy Industry. Client Engagement and Business DevelopmentServe as a trusted advisor to clients, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationshipsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the regionDevelop and manage a healthy sales pipelineDevelop proposals, define scopes, and contribute to pricing strategiesRepresent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities2. Project Management & Delivery CoordinationManage small/medium project scope, schedule, and budget for locally driven projectsMonitor project progress and proactively address issuesCoordinate between clients and our multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure smooth executionEnsure consistent communication and high client satisfaction throughout delivery3. Technical LeadershipLead engineering design, review, and execution for projects in the regionProvide technical oversight and ensure quality and compliance with applicable codes and standardsAct as the senior technical face to clients, building credibility and trustSupport and mentor junior local staff to gradually expand local delivery capabilityCollaborate closely with head office engineering teams on complex work 4.
