As an Data Platform Architect (NC, NJ), you will be an integral part of the Data and Cloud Innovation Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to advancing enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Data Platform Architect (NC, NJ)Location: Hopewell, NJPay Range: $70-75 What's the Job?Lead the design, development, and evolution of cloud-based, AI-enabled data integration and analytics platforms to meet enterprise technology and business objectives. Drive architectural decisions across various platforms including Informatica (on-premise and cloud), public cloud services, and AI-driven data capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions. Collaborate with Product, Application, Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Science teams to implement data and AI requirements, optimize platform performance, and resolve complex system engineering challenges. Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentorship across data, cloud, and AI initiatives to foster innovation and best practices. Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance while maintaining cloud security and risk management standards. What's Needed?Strong hands-on experience with Informatica on-premise and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Deep understanding of Informatica Cloud architecture, secure agents, and hybrid/cloud deployment models. Experience designing solutions on public cloud platforms, preferably Azure, including integration with Azure Active Directory. Proven ability to deliver AI/ML-enabled data pipelines supporting analytics, model training, and intelligent applications. Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across multiple organizations and sub-organizations.
