Warehouse / Material Handler

Job Description We are currently hiring Warehouse / Material Handlers to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Cedar Rapids. This role involves moving, organizing, and staging materials to support skilled trades on site.ResponsibilitiesMove, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouseLoad and unload deliveries safely and efficientlyOperate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)Maintain inventory organization and keep work areas cleanAssist with receiving, stocking, and distributing materialsSupport warehouse and field teams to ensure materials are available when neededRequirementsPrevious warehouse or material handling experience preferredAbility to safely operate forklifts or similar equipment (or willingness to learn)Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularlyReliable transportation and strong work ethicAbility to work 1st or 2nd shiftCompany DescriptionTalent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
