This role serves as the final checkpoint in the sales process, ensuring every deal is accurate, compliant, and fully documented before completion.This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced high volume environment and can identify issues before they become problems.Location: RemoteCompany: SecurlyDuration: April – OctoberSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)Compensation: $20–$25/hour (W2, not 1099)Classification: Temporary, full-time 40 hours per week; not eligible for company benefitsKey ResponsibilitiesAudit & ValidationReview quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completenessEnsure alignment with internal policies and customer requirementsInbox ManagementMonitor the shared Orders inbox on an hourly basisPrioritize requests based on urgency and ensure timely processingPO Recovery & Follow-UpProactively retrieve time-sensitive purchase ordersCoordinate with Sales Representatives and customer Accounts Payable teamsCross-Functional Problem SolvingIdentify missing information or inconsistencies in SalesforcePartner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues quicklyData Accuracy & EntryMaintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in SalesforceEnsure all finalized agreements are properly documentedQualificationsDetail-Oriented MindsetStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errorsTechnical ProficiencyComfortable working in Salesforce or similar CRM systemsQuick to learn new SaaS tools and workflowsAdaptabilityAble to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in non-standard situationsProfessional CommunicationConfident and respectful when following up with internal teams and external stakeholdersReliability & OwnershipCapable of independently managing a high-volume workload in a remote environmentWhy This RoleThis role offers hands-on experience in Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS company.
