This role focuses on developing rich, responsive user interfaces using React.js and Node.js, and embedding Generative AI capabilities using tools like Copilot Studio SDK, prompt engineering frameworks, or AI workflow systems. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize web interfaces using React.js and Node.js.Integrate Gen AI capabilities such as LLM-powered prompts, AI agents, and interactive workflows.Work with Copilot Studio SDK or similar SDKs to build contextual AI assistants or copilots.Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and design teams to deliver seamless AI interactions.Translate user requirements into prompt engineering patterns and AI interaction models.Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices.Must-Have Skills:React.js and Node.js development expertise.Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools – Mandatory.Familiarity with Copilot Studio SDK, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs.Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows (agent routing, chaining, memory, etc.).Strong frontend debugging, performance tuning, and integration capabilities.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Redux, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, or similar frameworks.Knowledge of agentic AI systems and orchestration tools.Familiarity with authentication, data security, and role-based access in AI apps.Experience working in agile environments on GenAI product teams.Soft Skills:Proactive and self-driven mindset.Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.Comfortable working on fast-paced, innovative projects with evolving AI technologies.
