Title: Administrative Law JudgeLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85007 or Tucson, AZ(remote)Duration: 02-03-month contract to hireJob Responsibilities: Required to have juris doctorate from accredited law school – AJD degree but do not need to be licensed from the BARFull time – 40 hours weekHolds administrative hearing – throughout workday and writing decisionsLooking at documents for those hearings and ahead of next days and then crafting decisions incorporating the appropriate federal regulations, state law, etc.Must have done administrative hearings, particularly for social servicesRemote – located anywhere in AZ / stable internet and able to engage in telephonic hearing systemOral / written communicationOpen to out of state candidates – need to work on MST C2H 2-3 monthsHearings are scheduled 8-5 MST
