As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and support branch success.Position SummaryClean Team is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch and ensure service excellence across all customer accounts. This leadership role is responsible for managing Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Technicians, and the Staffing Coordinator while maintaining labor budgets, customer satisfaction, staffing coverage, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of leading multiple teams, and comfortable making real-time operational decisions in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with the General Manager to support branch growth, employee accountability, customer retention, and operational execution.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all daily operations within the branchSupervise Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Techs, and Staffing CoordinatorEnsure all customer locations receive scheduled service without interruptionMonitor labor budgets, staffing levels, overtime, and operational costsReview employee timekeeping and labor reporting in ChronotekConduct daily building inspections and customer follow-up visitsResolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationshipsTrain, retrain, and develop operational employees and leadersCoordinate staffing coverage for open shifts and emergency service needsLead daily 4 PM Manager Meetings and hold leadership staff accountableOversee Level Board accounts and ensure corrective action plans are completedAssist with recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR coordinationSupport start-up operations for new customer accountsAssist with inventory management, supply deliveries, and operational logisticsSubmit daily operational reports to the General ManagerQualificationsPrevious management or operations leadership experience requiredExperience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, or service industries preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with scheduling, labor management, and employee accountabilityComfortable conducting inspections and customer-facing visitsProficient with email, reporting systems, and workforce management softwareReliable transportation and flexibility to support operational needs when necessaryWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryLeadership growth opportunitiesSupportive team-oriented environmentCompany training and developmentStable, growing company with long-term advancement potentialOpportunity to make a direct impact on branch success and customer satisfactionJ-18808-Ljbffr
