We help students explore career pathways, pursue their technical training through scholarships and grants, and connect with apprenticeships and jobs in the automotive, trucking, collision, aviation, restoration, motorsports, HVAC, welding, stationary engines, and numerous other industry sectors that rely on this skilled workforce.SummaryTechForce Foundation is seeking a highly organized, resourceful School Support Coordinator to support the School Partnerships team in a Term of Project Role Capacity (6 months). This role plays a critical behind-the-scenes function - handling administrative and operational tasks that enable our team to focus on building relationships with schools, supporting students, and expanding our national impact.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable conducting research, communicating with school staff, and managing multiple moving pieces at once. This position is critical to keeping outreach efforts efficient, organized, and on track.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify missing school contact information using online tools, databases, and direct outreachCall schools to obtain accurate contact details for instructors, administrators, and key staffFollow up on School Team emails to ensure timely responses and continued engagementAssist with scheduling, coordinating, and confirming meetings with school partnersPrepare targeted email lists aligned with School Team outreach prioritiesMaintain and update the School Team action calendarSupport basic travel planning and coordination for school visitsTrack tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure team accountability and progressProvide general administrative support to improve team efficiency and effectivenessAssist with logistics and coordination of events and special activitiesRequirementsStrong organizational skills with close attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable making outbound calls to schools and speaking with staffAbility to conduct thorough online research and navigate multiple data sourcesProficiency with spreadsheets and basic data management (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and strong follow-throughExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is a plus but not requiredPrior administrative, coordination, or education-related experience preferred but not requiredCollege degree preferred, high school diploma required30 hours a weekRemote (preference for AZ, NC, or SC but not required)TechForce is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants or employees due to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information or any other federal, state or local protected class.This position description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by jobholders within this role.
