Brief DescriptionSeasonal Fulfillment Center Associate IJob Summary: This position offers the opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic warehouse environment. Associates will begin their journey by mastering fundamental fulfillment tasks such as order picking, packing, and shipping.Work Location:This will be an onsite role in our Greenville or Lynndale warehouse locations.Hours1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30pm (5am start during peak season)2nd shift: 2:15pm - 10:45pm (beginning the second week in June)Compensation InformationPositions starting at $17 per hour with a $2 bump for 2nd shiftWhat You’ll Do Pre-Label/InductionUtilize computer and RF to match orders with totes Place labels on cartonsStockingUtilize RF equipment to put product away.Remove product from vendor cartons. Stocking inner packs to pick locations.Ensure product is stocked in an organized fashion.Identify location sizing / “max” quantity issues.PullingUtilize RF equipment to pick product.Ensure quantity and quality per order.Prepare product for proper placement in carton.Report replenishments as needed.Utilize Pick to Light as required.PackingPrepare product for shipment.Utilize dunnage and tape machine to complete packing process.FreightUtilize RF equipment to assign cartons to pallets.Verify order completion.Create Bill for Lading.Loading truck by hand stacking cartons.In addition to the job specific essential functions listed above, every FC Associate must be able to: Work in a demanding environment, stand/walk up to 10 hours a day, and push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 lbs., as described in the Mental and Physical Demands section.Have consistent and regular attendance and adherence to schedule.Work mandatory overtime when assigned.
