Interior Designer

Together, we create inspired solutions that improve lives.We are searching for a recent or upcoming graduate to join our team as an Interior Designer in our growing Charlotte, NC Studio!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Senior Designer with all aspects associated with projects including proposals, exhibits, contracts, project budget, and profitability.Assist with coordination of design document preparation across all disciplines.Maintain constant professional communications with client, project team, and consultants.Assist with creating, planning, and managing interior design projects.Develop a schedule of integrated tasks required to accomplish individual projects. Monitor progress toward the deliverable schedule.Document projects via construction documents and specifications effectively, and in accordance with established design standards as well as those set by official governing agencies.Assist with development of an optimal design solution for the project that meets the client's needs and represents the company's standard quality of design.Education and ExperienceEducational Background: Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.Experience: 0-2 years of applicable experience.Why BSA?At BSA, we empower our team members to make a meaningful impact.
