This superintendent will lead the enclosure program from planning through testing, punch, and turnover so the project reaches interiors and closeout with a dependable, well-documented building skin.What this role will own:Lead planning and field execution of the building enclosure program, including waterproofing, air / water barriers, windows, glazing, roofing, sealants, and faade interfaces.Coordinate mockups, testing, inspections, and handoffs between structure, enclosure trades, MEP penetrations, and finishes.Track weather-tight milestones and remove blockers before they affect dry-in, interiors, or turnover.Drive quality documentation, benchmark installations, corrective actions, and punch completion related to the building skin.Partner with PMs and quality leaders to reduce water-intrusion, warranty, and performance risk.What strong candidates bring:Meaningful field experience focused on waterproofing, faade / cladding, glazing, roofing, or similar enclosure systems.Strong understanding of sequencing, interface risk, and testing / inspection requirements that protect finished buildings.Ability to read details, identify problems early, and coordinate clean solutions with consultants and subcontractors.Strong punch discipline and documentation habits in the field.Florida experience strongly preferred; bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.Why this role matters:The enclosure program is one of the most schedule-sensitive and warranty-sensitive parts of a high-rise build.
