We are hiring a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead field execution, build strong crews, and drive safe, on-schedule production.Position Summary This is a hands-on field leadership role for a proven electrical foreman who can run work, lead from the front, and hold the line on safety, schedule, workmanship, and accountability. The right candidate has strong commercial and industrial experience, understands tenant improvement and ground-up commercial work, and can step into data center environments with confidence. This role also supports preconstruction by assisting estimators with bid reviews and scope evaluation from plans.Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on commercial, industrial, tenant improvement, commercial new construction, and data center projectsBuild, lead, train, and mentor electricians and apprentices in the fieldPlan daily and weekly work to maintain production, quality, and schedule performanceRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, one-lines, panel schedules, and electrical plansCoordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and installation sequencingManage layout, rough-in, trim, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, controls, gear, and equipment installationMaintain jobsite safety, code compliance, and quality control standardsCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, and other tradesIdentify field issues early and drive practical solutions before they impact schedule or costAssist estimators with bid support from plans, including takeoffs, scope reviews, and constructability inputManage inspections, punch lists, and closeout activitiesTravel as required for out-of-state workQualifications Journeyman or Master Electrician license requiredStrong experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction requiredTenant improvement and commercial new construction experience requiredData center experience strongly preferredProven experience building, leading, and training crewsStrong ability to read plans and translate drawings into field executionExperience assisting estimators with bids from plansStrong working knowledge of NEC, jobsite safety, and quality standardsValid driver's license requiredMust be able and willing to travel for project workBenefits Competitive pay: $45.00–$55.00 per hourHealth benefits401(k) with 4% company matchCompany vehicleOpportunity to lead high-profile commercial, industrial, and data center workHow to Apply Apply directly through this JazzHR posting.
