Job DescriptionField Superintendent - Commercial ConstructionLocation: Regional Travel Throughout the Southeast U.S.Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 + BenefitsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with commercial and light industrial construction, including metal building systems and truss installation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projectsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crewsEnsure work is performed according to construction drawings, specifications, and safety standardsMaintain project schedules and communicate progress with project management teamsConduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and complianceManage site logistics, materials, and equipmentEnforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environmentProvide regular updates on project progress, delays, and field issuesQualificationsProven experience as a Field Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projectsExperience with light industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and metal building systems/trussesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and subcontractor coordination skillsWillingness to travel regionally throughout the SoutheastStrong problem-solving and communication skillsValid driver's licenseCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $75,000 - $105,000 depending on experienceESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program)Comprehensive Benefits PackagePer Diem (Reimbursement Based)Company Vehicle ProvidedCompany Technology Provided (phone, laptop/tablet)This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction company with strong long-term employee ownership through its ESOP program and consistent project backlog throughout the Southeast.Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
