This role focuses on AP/AR, job costing, and supporting month-end close in a project-based environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivablePerform job cost accounting by project, phase, and cost codeReconcile bank and general ledger accountsAssist with month-end close and financial reportingPrepare lien waivers and manage subcontractor/vendor documentationSupport payroll reviews and job allocationsWork closely with project managers to resolve cost discrepanciesRequirements2+ years of accounting experience within the construction industry (required)Working knowledge of job costing and construction accounting practicesExperience with accounting software (Sage, Viewpoint, QuickBooks, or similar)Proficient in ExcelStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines#INMAY2026
