In this role, you’ll provide essential, community-based care to adults living with serious mental health and substance use challenges.This is not traditional facility-based nursing. It’s impactful, hands-on behavioral health work serving individuals where support matters most – in homes, shelters, and community settings.Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit and Best Mental Health Services two years in a row!Your Role in Our MissionAs an ACT Team RN, you will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based behavioral health support. You’ll provide psychotropic medication management, holistic nursing assessments, care coordination, and crisis response — all aimed at helping individuals achieve stability, independence, and improved quality of life.You will develop meaningful relationships with clients, support them through real-life challenges, and ensure seamless continuity of care across community environments.
