The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, optimizing, and standardizing database code across multiple departmental applications. This role will focus on improving code consistency, resolving form behavior issues, supporting end users, and documenting systems for long-term maintainability.Qualifications3+ years of experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Access applications using VBA.Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL Server back-end integration.Proven experience debugging and refactoring legacy VBA code.Ability to document and communicate technical changes clearly to non-technical users.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with process standardization and code governance is preferred.
