We are seeking a Server Assistants and Food Runner to join the team!! We are looking for hospitality professionals passionate about providing superb hospitality to both our guests and our community.Server Assistant/Runner Responsibilities:To provide courteous, prompt service to our guestsAssist with expo job dutiesEnsure correct menu items are delivered timely to guestsSuccessfully adhere to our Steps of ServiceEnsure items are cleared from tables in a timely manner to ensure an organized dining experienceAbility to communicate guest requests and effectively handle guest needsHelp to maintain a clean and presentable work environmentMaintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during serviceBe safety conscious to promote the safety of one's self, co-workers and guests at all timesAdhere to company policy and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned by managementServer Assistant/Runner Qualifications:Previous front of house restaurant experience (food runner, server assistant, expo) preferredPrior experience requiring excellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while managing the needs of guestsAbility to work cohesively with co-workers throughout the restaurantPossess a passion for hospitality and a love of the food & beverage industryAbility to work a flexible scheduleAbility to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting.
