Equity Trading & Operations AssociateRole SummarySeeking an Equity Trading & Operations Analyst to support trade execution, portfolio reporting, performance analysis, and operational processes for an equity investment team. This role works closely with trading, operations, compliance, and back-office teams to ensure accurate execution, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily equity trade execution and settlement activitiesMonitor portfolio cash positions, fund performance, and allocation reportingMaintain and update portfolio performance, ratings, and market dataEnsure trades are completed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsPartner with operations, compliance, brokers, and back-office teams to resolve trade or reporting issuesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholdersAssist with automation and process improvement projects alongside operations and IT teamsSupport database management and portfolio attribution analysisHelp identify operational risks, discrepancies, and process enhancementsProvide administrative and analytical support to the investment and operations teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field2–4+ years of financial services experience, including experience in a trading or investment operations environmentUnderstanding of equity markets, trading workflows, portfolio administration, or fund managementStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with Bloomberg and financial research/trading systemsFamiliarity with AIM, VBA, SQL, or related analytical tools is a plusStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
